So this is 2019 2020 2021 and the game has changed but I still feel there is a missing usefull solution
for timepickers.
I liked my previous one but binding to a framework (jQuery) was a mistake.s
Also I'm using this new project for Hacktoberfest.
This implementation of the timepicker is completely vanilla and has no dependencies.
